Keep these tips in mind at every job site and share them with your clients to prevent water waste.

Eliminate Low Head Drainage

Does water run from your sprinklers after the valve is turned off? Prevent further leaks by simply installing check valves on all your sprinkler heads.

Keep The Water on your Landscape

Adjust your sprinklers to make sure they are applying water only on your landscape and NOT your walkways and driveways.

Minimize Runoff

Know your soil type and adjust your irrigation run times so water is effectively absorbed. Use the "cycle and soak" feature on your irrigation controller, if available.

Got Misting?

If more water is going into the air than on your landscape, your pressure is too high. Consider installing pressure regulated valves or spray bodies.

Watering in the Middle of the day?

Avoid unnecessary evaporation and adjust your irrigation controller so you're watering late at night or early in the morning when temperatures are cool and winds are calm.
